Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted by your purchases from Bright Beam Goods! In case you've had a change of heart or it's not quite what you had in mind, we will happily refund purchases for items returned in their original condition within two weeks of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover return postage charges.

We will do what we can to make sure your purchase gets to you intact. However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, we ask that you please provide us with a photo of the damaged item you received within two weeks of the item's arrival. You can attach the image file in an email. Based on our discussion, we will either send a replacement item or refund your original purchase.

All custom orders (including custom coaster sets) are final sales unless the product was damaged en route.
